How it Works

Step 1

Book a call to discuss your rental property. We will then schedule a time to visit your property

Step 2

After the viewing, If both parties agree, we will offer a management agreement for up to 5 years. Your rent will be guaranteed for the entire term, without any commission or fees.

Step 3

If necessary, we will give your property a free cosmetic refurb and provide furniture to attract potential clients. You won't have to spend a penny.

Step 4

We pay you rent consistently every month whilst we will find and manage the clients, maintain and clean your property.

Step 5

At the end of the management agreement, you have the option to:

a) Renew the contract

b) Have the property returned to you in better condition than when we took it on

c) Sell your property to us
